Factory-direct semi-trailer batches from China
Ultima Trailers manufactures in Jinan, China. Fleet buyers, transport companies, dealers and representatives can discuss manufacturer-direct pricing, a defined specification and a batch planned for their actual operation.
Owner-reported production capacity: up to 100 semi-trailers per month. Capacity is not current output, available production slots or a guaranteed order lead time. The batch schedule is confirmed after specification approval.
Car carriers, container chassis, lowbeds, flatbeds, sidewall, tipper and livestock semi-trailers. OEM, CKD/SKD and special configurations require review of an agreed specification; the page does not promise every trailer type without engineering review.

After production, buyer collection in China or agreed delivery can be arranged. Agency and representation terms require separate agreement. The proposal separates factory price, configuration, inspection, packing, transport, customs responsibilities and handover point. Factory price is not a delivered price. Destination approvals, registration, components and warranty scope are checked for the actual order.
For dealer discussions, provide territory, initial product line, first-batch quantity, sales plan and service capability. Exclusivity is not automatic. Interested buyers and partners can agree a production visit: company, participants, proposed dates and models to review. Travel and booking arrangements require separate confirmation.

Plan for the Ugandan depot, not only a seaport
An offer to a coastal port is not delivered supply to Uganda. Identify the final depot and importer first, then compare a proposed Mombasa or Dar es Salaam transit route with appointed logistics specialists. State who handles each country leg, transit documents, insurance, unloading and acceptance. These are routes to evaluate, not standing commitments or guaranteed transit times. If equipment will operate beyond Uganda, disclose the actual operating countries.
Container and general freight equipment
Container enquiries need the box sizes, loaded weights, terminal cycle, lock positions and tractor interface. Flatbeds and sidewalls need cargo dimensions, support and restraint requirements. The existing dual-purpose car carrier/container catalogue design should be compared with a dedicated chassis using both operating scenarios, including empty return work. Do not order an axle layout before the importer reviews the route and local technical constraints.
Machinery and construction transport
For a lowbed, describe the machine being moved, loading method, transport envelope and support points. Site access, clearance and manoeuvring may change the design even when nominal transport mass is similar. Tipper enquiries must specify material, density and discharge conditions, plus the division of hydraulic equipment between tractor and trailer. Car carriers and livestock projects require their own loading, welfare or vehicle-mix brief; no generic capacity is implied.
Destination compliance and inspection ownership
Have the Ugandan importer and local specialist check model-specific conformity, customs and registration requirements before production approval. A transit-country clearance does not establish registration in the operating country. Agree documents, drawing revision, actual component brands, manufacturing checks, photo evidence and the acceptance owner. Confirm any local modifications before comparing the finished-unit warranty with a locally assembled option.
Dealer service and repeat-order control
A dealer or regional representative should identify territory, fleet segments, first product line and local service capability. Discuss spares by component reference rather than an unspecified universal kit. OEM and CKD/SKD require written responsibility for assembly, tests, handover and support. Agent terms and exclusivity are separately negotiated; a forecast does not reserve a territory or factory production slots.
Prepare the first-batch discussion in Jinan
Business end users, dealers, agents and representatives can request a factory appointment with company, participants, trailer types and preferred dates. Review the intended job, configuration, first-batch quantity, inspection points and cooperation format. If collecting in China, define the handover and onward transport responsibilities; if requesting delivery, give the actual Ugandan receiving location. Use the enquiry form to prepare a message, then send it through the selected contact channel.
