Factory order, inspection and delivery

Manufacturing in Jinan, China; a direct factory contract and an approved specification define the order. The international sales team coordinates model selection, commercial documents and factory communication. The legal manufacturer and contracting party are identified in the contract before payment.

MOQ from 3 units, depending on model and configuration. Typical production is approximately 3 weeks after technical and commercial approval, subject to the agreed schedule; this is not delivery time.

Owner-reported capacity: up to 100 semi-trailers per month. This is not available production capacity or a guaranteed order schedule.

Agreed inspection points, production photos and final pre-shipment inspection support acceptance. Factory collection or partner-coordinated freight is quoted separately with the handover point and destination responsibilities.

Warranty, spare parts and service

Factory-completed units: 12 months on main assemblies under the agreed warranty terms. Locally assembled OEM/CKD/SKD units have separate component and assembly responsibilities in the contract.

For service, contact the export team in WhatsApp with the trailer identification, component marking, photos and a description of the issue. The team reviews the case with the factory and confirms the remedy, parts and delivery terms. Local workshops, labour and shipping coverage must be agreed; no local service network is implied.
