Flatbed semi-trailers

Specification

Export configuration

  • Custom dimensions and payload
  • Axle, suspension and braking system defined in the approved specification
  • Mechanical or hydraulic functions matched to the loading task
  • Dimensions and payload reviewed against cargo and route
  • Coating, branding and export packing agreed before production

Commercial fit

Information needed for a useful offer

A factory quotation is meaningful only when it reflects the cargo, operating route and required configuration. These inputs help avoid a generic price that changes after technical review.

Best-fit buyers

  • General freight and container fleets
  • Construction material transport
  • Trailer dealers and private-label programs

Send with the request

  • Cargo types and dimensions
  • Required deck length and axle arrangement
  • Tie-down, stake and container-lock requirements
  • Destination country and annual volume

Separate cargo cases before comparing flatbed offers

Describe the cargo cases separately: containers, bundled materials and general freight should not be reduced to a single maximum-weight line. For each case, send cargo dimensions, how the load reaches the deck, the proposed support arrangement and the loading sequence. Ask the engineering review to flag which cases the proposed configuration addresses and which require clarification. Keep loading accessories, cargo-securing arrangements and any container equipment as explicit quotation lines. Compare those lines with the drawing revision before approving the order; leave unconfirmed cases open instead of interpreting a catalogue description as acceptance.

Make loose flatbed accessories visible in the shipment scope

Build a separate equipment schedule for removable posts, side equipment, securing accessories and spare items where these form part of the requested flatbed specification. State the quantity, agreed reference and intended packing location for each included item. Ask the offer to identify exclusions explicitly; an accessory appearing in a product photograph is not evidence that it is supplied. Before dispatch, reconcile the equipment schedule with the packing list and record changes approved after the original quotation. Give the destination team that final list together with the relevant drawing, so receipt can distinguish a missing package from an item that was never ordered.

Confirmed manufacturing framework

Production is based in Jinan, China. Projects can be configured from 12 to 24 metres in length with custom height to the approved specification. MOQ starts from 3 units, and typical production time is approximately 3 weeks after technical and commercial approval.

Components, supply format and control

Axles, suspension, brakes and other components can use Ultima/OEM Chinese solutions or established brands. Every model can be evaluated as a complete trailer, private-label OEM, CKD, SKD or component supply. Agreed inspection points, production photos and final pre-shipment inspection are documented.

Warranty, certificates and logistics

Factory-completed units carry a 12-month warranty on main assemblies. Locally assembled projects do not carry a blanket factory warranty on the finished unit; component and assembly responsibilities are defined in the contract. Certificate documents are available for review and confirmed per destination. Freight and vessel arrangements can be coordinated with logistics partners.
