Commercial overview

Quality control for export semi-trailers

Inspection criteria should be written into the approved specification instead of relying on generic quality claims.

Before production

Confirm drawings, bill of materials, component brands, weld requirements, dimensions, finish and acceptance criteria.

During production

Record agreed checkpoints for frame geometry, welding, component installation, hydraulic or mechanical functions and electrical systems.

Before shipment

Review dimensions, markings, visible finish, functions, packing and the document set required by the contract. Record any deviation, responsible approver and agreed corrective action before release. Certificates are supplied only when verified for the specific order.
