Ultima Trailers manufactures in Jinan, China. Fleet buyers, transport companies, dealers and representatives can discuss manufacturer-direct pricing, a defined specification and a batch planned for their actual operation.
Owner-reported production capacity: up to 100 semi-trailers per month. Capacity is not current output, available production slots or a guaranteed order lead time. The batch schedule is confirmed after specification approval.

After production, buyer collection in China or agreed delivery can be arranged. Agency and representation terms require separate agreement. The proposal separates factory price, configuration, inspection, packing, transport, customs responsibilities and handover point. Factory price is not a delivered price. Destination approvals, registration, components and warranty scope are checked for the actual order.
For dealer discussions, provide territory, initial product line, first-batch quantity, sales plan and service capability. Exclusivity is not automatic. Interested buyers and partners can agree a production visit: company, participants, proposed dates and models to review. Travel and booking arrangements require separate confirmation.

Specify the container and terminal cycle
For container chassis, provide container lengths, loaded gross weights, lock positions, coupling data and the terminal-to-depot operating pattern. A port arrival and an operational vehicle at your depot are different milestones. Identify whether the trailer serves a dedicated container task or needs another loading function. The catalogue dual-purpose car carrier/container design must be assessed against both uses, not presented as a substitute for every dedicated chassis.
Match general cargo and machinery equipment
Flatbed and sidewall requests need the real cargo envelope, support points and restraint method. Lowbeds require machine transport dimensions, loading arrangement and ground clearance, together with route access and the actual tractor. Car carriers require a vehicle list and loading plan. Tipper and livestock enquiries need a separate material or animal-transport brief and a local requirements review. No payload, model approval or axle specification is inferred from the product-family name.
Check importer, banking and vehicle requirements
Bangladesh official import guidance describes importer registration or an applicable exemption; have the nominated importer confirm their eligibility and the current rules for the actual order. Payment documents and bank acceptance must be agreed with the relevant parties, not assumed from a sample contract. Separately verify customs classification, conformity and BRTA registration requirements for the proposed trailer. This page is a procurement invitation, not a legal clearance or tax quotation.
Compare the complete receiving scope
Give the intended port, such as Chattogram if appropriate, and the final depot. Ask logistics providers to verify the dimensions, handling, packing and inland route. List factory price, freight, insurance, port handling, customs responsibilities, unloading and acceptance separately. Collection in China or delivery after production can be considered, but only the written scope establishes what is included. Production planning is not a promised vessel arrival date.
Repeat batches, OEM and dealer cooperation
Fleet buyers should agree drawing revision, component list and substitution approval before starting a repeat programme. Dealers, agents and representatives should add territory, first-batch quantity, customer segment and service capability. OEM branding, CKD/SKD and component supply can be reviewed with defined local assembly, testing and warranty responsibility. No automatic exclusivity, local inventory or standard regional allocation is offered.
Review the proposed batch at the factory
Arrange a Jinan factory visit with company, participants, equipment interests and preferred dates. Discuss configuration, inspection points and the first order with your commercial and technical team. Request the actual proposed model photographs, technical sheet and packing information rather than relying on unrelated images. Send a receiving city and procurement target with the enquiry; feasibility, appointment and any sample availability remain subject to confirmation.
