Factory-direct semi-trailer batches from China
Ultima Trailers manufactures in Jinan, China. Fleet buyers, transport companies, dealers and representatives can discuss manufacturer-direct pricing, a defined specification and a batch planned for their actual operation.
Owner-reported production capacity: up to 100 semi-trailers per month. Capacity is not current output, available production slots or a guaranteed order lead time. The batch schedule is confirmed after specification approval.
Car carriers, container chassis, lowbeds, flatbeds, sidewall, tipper and livestock semi-trailers. OEM, CKD/SKD and special configurations require review of an agreed specification; the page does not promise every trailer type without engineering review.

After production, buyer collection in China or agreed delivery can be arranged. Agency and representation terms require separate agreement. The proposal separates factory price, configuration, inspection, packing, transport, customs responsibilities and handover point. Factory price is not a delivered price. Destination approvals, registration, components and warranty scope are checked for the actual order.
For dealer discussions, provide territory, initial product line, first-batch quantity, sales plan and service capability. Exclusivity is not automatic. Interested buyers and partners can agree a production visit: company, participants, proposed dates and models to review. Travel and booking arrangements require separate confirmation.

Fleet renewal and port-to-project movements
Start with the actual cargo cycle: container transport, vehicle distribution or machinery delivery. A fleet-standardisation project should include the tractors already in service, component preferences and workshop capability. State first-batch quantity separately from future sales forecasts; the forecast is not a reserved production allocation.
Delivered cost and after-delivery support
Identify the importer, receiving point and operator responsible for inspection. Quote freight, insurance, terminal handling, import responsibilities and inland delivery separately from factory equipment. Ask the appointed local specialist to confirm applicable import and registration requirements before approving production. Agree initial spare parts and reporting of defects for the selected running gear.
Choose a supply format, not only a price
Factory-completed trailers, OEM/private-label work and CKD/SKD kits have different packing, assembly and responsibility boundaries. State which work belongs to the factory and which belongs to the local partner. The written quote defines component brands, drawings, inspections and warranty scope. Do not assume a local assembled finished unit has the same warranty as a factory-completed unit.
Prepare a comparable batch quotation
Send the company, trailer type, exact cargo data, tractor, route, quantity, receiving point, budget and target date. Compare the same drawing revision, running gear and supply scope. Model availability, production schedule, freight and destination compliance remain order-specific confirmations; no local stock, fixed freight cost or universal approval is claimed.
