ULTIMA TRAILERS
Commercial overview
A knock-down project requires a clear division between factory work, packing, local assembly, tooling, documentation and final responsibility.
Agree which frames, axles, suspension parts, braking components, electrical items, fasteners and body parts are supplied.
Confirm welding, painting, installation, testing, tooling and workforce capability at the destination facility.
Provide country, planned model, annual volume, local facility information and required localization level. Certificate documents are available for review, while market-specific compliance, registration and local approval must be confirmed for the destination.
Production is based in Jinan, China. Projects can be configured from 12 to 24 metres in length with custom height to the approved specification. MOQ starts from 3 units, and typical production time is approximately 3 weeks after technical and commercial approval.
Axles, suspension, brakes and other components can use Ultima/OEM Chinese solutions or established brands. Every model can be evaluated as a complete trailer, private-label OEM, CKD, SKD or component supply. Agreed inspection points, production photos and final pre-shipment inspection are documented.
Factory-completed units carry a 12-month warranty on main assemblies. Locally assembled projects do not carry a blanket factory warranty on the finished unit; component and assembly responsibilities are defined in the contract. Certificate documents are available for review and confirmed per destination. Freight and vessel arrangements can be coordinated with logistics partners.
Prepare two matching schedules: parts expected in the shipment and work expected at the destination. Give each assembly task a reference to its parts, drawings and inspection record. Ask who supplies consumables, handles shortages and answers questions when a packed item does not match the list. Identify any operation that the receiving facility cannot yet confirm it can perform. Leave that operation open for technical review before choosing the kit format. Compare the complete-unit and kit offers only after these local tasks are visible; a shorter factory supply list does not show the full project scope.
