Commercial overview

Semi-trailers for Brazil

Export supply for São Paulo, Paraná, Minas Gerais and port logistics: car carriers, lowbeds, container chassis and custom trailer configurations.

Commercial applications

Initial project discussions for Brazil focus on São Paulo, Paraná, Minas Gerais and port logistics. Suitable equipment may include car carriers, container chassis, lowbeds, flatbeds, sidewalls or special trailers.

Destination-specific configuration

The buyer should provide operating routes, cargo, tractor interface, local dimensional limits and required documentation for Brazil. No local compliance claim is made without written evidence.

Brazil project brief

Brazil projects benefit from a Portuguese-language technical schedule and a clear separation between port delivery and the inland operating cycle. The first comparison can cover car carriers for vehicle logistics, lowbeds for machinery, container chassis for port work and platforms for agricultural or industrial cargo. The buyer should confirm tractor interface, route distances, cargo distribution, preferred port, documentation language and local approval criteria; those items are not inferred from a standard export model.

Export and assembly options

Every trailer model can be evaluated as a complete unit, OEM/private-label production, CKD, SKD or component supply. The contract defines factory scope, local assembly scope and final responsibility.

Confirmed manufacturing framework

Production is based in Jinan, China. Projects can be configured from 12 to 24 metres in length with custom height to the approved specification. MOQ starts from 3 units, and typical production time is approximately 3 weeks after technical and commercial approval.

Components, supply format and control

Axles, suspension, brakes and other components can use Ultima/OEM Chinese solutions or established brands. Every model can be evaluated as a complete trailer, private-label OEM, CKD, SKD or component supply. Agreed inspection points, production photos and final pre-shipment inspection are documented.

Warranty, certificates and logistics

Factory-completed units carry a 12-month warranty on main assemblies. Locally assembled projects do not carry a blanket factory warranty on the finished unit; component and assembly responsibilities are defined in the contract. Certificate documents are available for review and confirmed per destination. Freight and vessel arrangements can be coordinated with logistics partners.

Information for a quotation

Send company, destination in Brazil, trailer type, quantity, cargo data, preferred port and procurement timing. Model-specific payload, axle count, braking system and destination approval still require an approved technical specification.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can the trailer be adapted for local requirements?

Is OEM or private-label production available?

OEM scope can be evaluated after branding, drawings, model mix and purchasing plan are reviewed.

Can the project use CKD or SKD supply?

Potentially, subject to model design, local assembly capability, tooling and a written division of responsibility.
